WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY?

Electric rides purchased with the crate, will come with a 1 year parts warranty. Electric rides purchased with the assembled/pdi package comes with a 1 year parts & labour warranty.

CAN YOU PICK UP MY E-RIDE FOR REPAIR?

For local pickup our standard cost is $65+ depending on your location.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer free local delivery within a radius of 20km from our store at 1231 newmarket street Ottawa. Anything from that point on starts from $60 & up. 

SHIP OUTSIDE OTTAWA AREA?

Please call our store at 613-563-0029 to get a quote on shipping. We can ship across Canada with competitive rates.

CAN I DRIVE MY ELECTRIC RIDE ON THE ROAD?

Electric rides can be driven on most roads with a maximum speed of 32km/hr. Anything above that is considered off-road use only!

DO YOU SELL E-PARTS?

We only carry parts for electric rides made by EMMO, DAYMAK, SYNERGY, KAABO, ECOLO-CYCLE, & RIDE BIKE STYLE.

CAN YOU SERVICE MY ELECTRIC RIDE?

We only service electric vehicles purchased at Derand Motorsports.
