Where can I drive this unit?
As a mobility scooter, the ET4 Classic should be driven like you are a pedestrian—stick to sidewalks or places where you can walk. For this unit, you cannot drive on the road. Be sure to check your local laws for more details on where you can drive mobility scooters.

Can you drive in the winter?
The ET4 Classic can be used in winter, but cold weather will reduce battery performance, limiting your range to about 20 km on a full charge. We recommend driving only when the roads are clear of ice and heavy snow for safety.

How do I charge it?
Charging is simple with the ET4 Classic, its just like our other mobility scooters. It comes with a charger that plugs into any standard 110-volt outlet, so no special setup is needed. From 25%, it takes about 6-8 hours to fully charge.

What is the top speed?
The ET4 Classic's top speed is 20kmh

How far can I go?
The ET4 Classic can reach up to 60 km on a full charge, depending on the weather and driving conditions. This would give you about 2 hours of driving at 25kmh (top speed)

Can I charge it over night?
We recommend charging the unit while you're awake so that if any issues arise with the charger, you can address them before they become serious.

What is the life span of the battery?
This unit is equipped with lead-acid batteries, which typically last for around 300 charge cycles before needing replacement. The cost for replacement batteries is $110 per 12-volt battery. Since this unit operates on 48 volts, it requires 4 batteries, totaling $440 for a full replacement.
