Our Return Policy
We understand that choosing a bike is a big decision and finding the "right" bike is different for every person.
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase with a 20% restocking fee applied to eligible returns. Please note that bikes with more than 10km usage are not eligible for return. All items must be clean, unused, and free of scratches. Users are responsible for the safe and proper use of the device, and Derand Motorsports is not liable for any personal damages or injuries incurred during use. Terms and conditions are subject to change.
Cancellations
Derand understands that when buying from any company, your satisfaction is of upmost importance.
We allow any orders purchased online to be cancelled with within 48 hours after order confirmation, less a 3% administrative fee unless relevant replacement has been confirmed by a member of our support team. Any products that are unavailable after you placed an order will be refunded or a substitute will be discussed before any products are shipped.
Orders cancelled after their items have been shipped are subject to the standard Return Policy stated in the above section.
Customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
Any refusal or missed delivery by the customer, will result in a refund the purchase price excluding the original shipping cost, return shipping costs, plus the standard 20% restocking fee.
Defects
In a perfect world, everything works, always. In the real world however, we know that imperfections are a reality
Derand does their best to ensure every bike sent out is free from manufacturer defects but that does not mean we are perfect.
If you notice a manufacturer defect within the first year of purchasing, bring it for a free inspection, or fill out the warranty claim form below.
Derand Motorsports reserves the right to determine between defects, user damage, abuse and neglect, and normal wear-and-tear.
Any confirmed defective parts are subject to our warranty policy.
General Warranty Policy
Derand Motorsports guarantees that its new electric bikes, scooters, mobility devices, and their main parts, are free from manufacturing defects for one year. This applies only to normal and proper use and maintenance of the product. Main parts include the frame, motor, battery, display, and controller.
If a faulty part is found within the warranty period and reported to us, we will replace it at our discretion. Repair and labour costs are not covered. The warranty is void if any unauthorized repair or modification is done.
This warranty only covers the repair or replacement of the product and its accessories. Derand Motorsports is not liable for any other losses or damages caused by the product or its use. The customer is responsible for any insurance and liability related to the product and its use.
